1. Improve the yield analysis and efficiency of optical product testing process;
2. SOP update and maintenance, PFMEA maintenance and improvement;
3. Preparation of weekly / monthly / audit and other relevant meeting materials and reports;
4. Customer engineering experiment implementation, quality customer complaint / return exception analysis and improvement;
5. Training and certification of operators
 

1. Experience in process or equipment maintenance and development in electronic industry, optical module experience is preferred;
2. CET4, 6Sigma project experience is preferred;
3. Excellent fresh graduates can also be considered.
